We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights except first class mail will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For your convenience, we offer some hard to find but popular items as special order items. If yours is a special order item, please add 7 to 14 days in addition to the quote shipping time. In some rare cases, depending on publisher availability, this additional time could stretch out even further.
If our warehouse has not received your order within 14 days, you will be notified as to a new estimated time of fulfillment. If this is the case, as a courtesy to you, your order will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail shipment.
In very rare cases, your item may become unavailable from the publisher during the order process. When this happens we will offer a 10% discount on your next order in addition to a 100% refund on your purchase of that item.

If you prefer, we also accept your personal check or money order. Please email us at email@example.com or call our toll free number at 844-376-2665 Mon-Fri 9-4 PDT to specify that would like to order by check before ordering so that we can make the proper arrangements. We will hold your order for 10 days before releasing it back to the store.

We understand that orders can be made by mistake. You may cancel an order before it has shipped for a 100% refund on your purchase price. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request.
If your order has already shipped it will be treated as a return and handled according to paragraph three under “Returns”.
Your total satisfaction is very important to us. If you question whether a particular book is right for your needs, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
Returns are gladly excepted if item is not as portrayed in the description. Under these circumstances we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We understand that mistakes happen. For this reason if you have made a mistake in your purchase we will accept your return as well. There will be a 15% restocking fee if item is returned for this reason. If we absorbed the shipping cost for your order (if your order shipped for free), we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from your refund as well.
If you need to return an item and have an account with us, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
To begin a return without an account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on the return process.
Please allow up to 7 days after our receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to be completed.
NOTE: Returns are not accepted for Special Orders, DVD’s, CD’s or other digital media.

CD's and DVD's are guaranteed to run on Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Most media should also run on Macintosh systems although we cannot guarantee this. If known compatibility is limited to certain operating systems and/or browsers, it will listed under the individual product's description. Please note we are not able to offer tech support for any digital media and we do not accept returns on CD's or DVD's.
We realize that complications sometimes arise during a transaction. Maybe you hit the wrong button and your order disappeared. Maybe your credit card has been denied. If for whatever reason complications have arisen, please e-mail us at email@example.com. We will make sure you receive the product you intended to order. This is true even if the product you intended to order shows up as either out of stock or just plain not there when you go to order it again.

We will respond to your concern or request as soon as possible - usually within the hour between 8:00 and 6:00 Pacific Time.
